I have Office installed on two computers. One computer started asking if I wanted to try a free trial ofwhich I declined. It tells me it cannot activate the product code, or that the product code is already in use if I type it in manually. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft office outlook 2016 not working free via my account – no luck. I did not do the original installation myself. I see two computers when I log into my account, but only one product code, which is not the same as the product slip stuck to the side of the problematic computer.

Then reinstall from your /662.txt Account. Each version of office WAS originally activated with their own activation code. It tells me the product code doesn’t work, and running a repair didn’t solve the problem, nor did an online repair, nor a full unistall and re-install.

It sounds like you activated it before Microsoft required users to redeem keys in the microsoft account. It doesn’t give you a dialog to call to activate office? Microsoft office outlook 2016 not working free, What version of Office do you have?
